This drawing is an intuitive representation of the syllable, hrīm, combining symbolism and calligraphy. Hrīm is the bīja or seed syllable of creation, significant in the Tantric tradition. It is associated with mother goddesses as well as the radiance of the sun. It's also said to be connected to the spiritual heart. Seed syllables are esoteric, carry layers of meaning that often transcends language and is partially hidden from the uninitiated.
